Following the Rules of Our Partners

When you use Assistlore, you're not just using our service - you're also using services from other companies like OpenRouter (for text models), Google, 11Labs (for text-to-speech), and other providers. Each of these companies has their own rules that you must follow.

Whenever you choose to use a model from one of these providers, we will always show you their terms and conditions and ask you to read and accept them. It's very important that you actually read these rules, because they explain what you can and cannot do with their technology. Think of it like using someone else's tools - you need to follow their rules for using those tools properly.

You Are Responsible for How You Use Assistlore

Here's something very important to understand: if you use Assistlore on an illegal website or in a way that breaks the rules of our partners (like OpenRouter, Google, or 11Labs), and if those companies take legal action, you will be the one responsible.

Text-to-Speech (TTS) Models and Pricing

Assistlore also provides voice conversion services. so NLU model response in text and that text convert into speech so we use Text to Speech model. These voice models are available from third-party providers such as Google Text-to-Speech, Azure Text-to-Speech, 11labs, Murf, and Kokoro (via Replicate).

Assistlore does not host, own, or sell any TTS modals (voice) model itself. All audio generation runs on the chosen provider's systems. Assistlore only connects you to those services and helps deliver the audio to your app (via their servers).

Pricing for TTS (for example per character, per minute, or per request) follows the pricing set by those providers. When you use a TTS voice via Assistlore, credits are deducted based on the amount of audio generated. Assistlore charge only voice Conversation Systm fee to cover conversion and delivery costs.

If you have questions about TTS pricing or how your audio is used, email support@assistlore.com and we will help.

3. NLU Models

AssistLore doesn’t run or own any NLU models. All the models you use inside AssistLore actually come from OpenRouter.ai. When you pick a model, your request goes straight to OpenRouter. we don’t change the model, and we don’t host it ourselves.

We also don’t sell tokens or model access. We only use our Artificial Computation Bytes system to make the cost easier to understand. The model price stays the same as what OpenRouter charges. we just convert it into Artificial Computation Bytes so you can track your usage in one simple balance.

4. How Our Artificial Computation Bytes System Works

At AssistLore, we use our own Artificial Computation Bytes (ACB) system to make your AI usage simple. Instead of dealing with confusing token numbers for each LLM model, we convert everything into one clear byte-based system

When you choose your favorite LLM model, we calculate the cost using a simple reference formula. For example. When you choose your favorite LLM model, we calculate the cost using a simple reference formula. For example

  • 1M tokens.
  • $1.00 per million input tokens.
  • $0.50 per million output tokens.
  • Total: $1.50 per million tokens.

for size reference: 1 KB = 256 tokens (4 bytes per token) 3.81 MB ≈ 3906.25 KB ≈ 3.81 MB so $1.50/3.81 MB..

So whenever you buy ACB, the system automatically counts how much data your request used, and the matching amount (like $1.50 for 1M tokens worth of data) is simply deducted from your balance. No hidden fees, no extra token math, and no complicated billing just a straight, easy-to-follow system.

5. Assistlore Pricing

AssistLore keeps the pricing simple. we uses pay-as-you-go balance system. You just top up your balance and use it for everything. AI Agents, UIs Desing, Custom AI Agent & UI, You only add balance once, and everything works from that balance. Our AI Agents and Chat and Voice UIs follow a monthly subscription for example, if an agent is $2 and a UI is also $2, we charge a total of $4 from your balance when you press confirm. No hidden fees.

For LLM models, we use our Artificial Computation Bytes (ACB) system. It follows the real token prices of models from OpenRouter and other providers, but we convert everything into one easy byte system so you don’t have to deal with confusing token math. The same balance also works for text-to-speech and speech-to-text usage.

We also care about your experience. If you add balance or buy any plan and face real issues, you get a 14-day refund window. Just contact us within 14 days, and we’ll help you out. Our goal is to keep things simple, fair, and user friendly because we grow only when our users grow.

You must review and verify any model output before relying on it.

You keep ownership of the chatbots, prompts, conversations, and other content you create. By using Assistlore you allow us to store, process, and display your content as needed to run the service (for example to generate replies, create audio, and show conversation history). We will try to reflect provider changes in the Assistlore dashboard and notify affected users when possible. However, Assistlore cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, exact pricing, or specific performance for any third-party model.

It is your responsibility to keep backups of important data and to monitor provider notices for changes that may affect your bots. Assistlore may temporarily disable or remove access to a model if the provider requires it or if the model violates our terms or safety rules.
